  1. Hey Andrew,
Yeah you are completely wrong that it will start raining oil in Florida due to the oil spill on weather, but you aren’t wrong that it could have an effect on weather. Scientists have previously researched if a layer of oil put in front of the path of a hurricane could actually slow or weaken a hurricane. This giant oil slick out in the ocean could possibly slow down or weaken a hurricane heading up the gulf coast region. Check out an article about it at: http://www.popsci.com/scitech/article/2005-11/can-we-stop-storms .

I don’t believe it, but for far-out conspiracy theories, what if this oil spill was intentionally set in time for the summer hurricane season to protect all the other oil rigs in the areas from hurricanes like Katrina? Again, I don’t believe that theory; but it seems like all wacky conspiracy theories are at least talked about dh-unplugged.

    Great discussion,
The feed doesn’t work in doggcatcher, the android poddcatcher I use, it says that it has “too many redirects”, the link is making us bounce everywhere.
    Keep up the great work!
