How about instead of looking at stocks you talk about etfs? No matter what techno fundy stuff you do you can't know what you don't know...and even if you employ your discipline and use stops, sometimes that may not fully protect you.

But choosing a basket of etfs minimizes the shock that could come with one stock.

Maybe now would be a good time to talk about the bear market etfs.

Hey guys,
Don't worry about the negativity, its what makes the show great! I love the conspiracies each week, its good to know how things really work in the world. Maybe, you could have a google docs spreadsheet of all those shady characters involved, and somehow hotlink in their net worth. It might be too big for one spreadsheet though.

No but honestly, there is nothing wrong with negativity if that reflects the market or current situation. There are a lot of reasons to be negative in the current state we are in. Plus even if you disagree with it, its important to get your information from all sides.

So keep it up!

You guys have a great show! Thanks for your discussion and commentary. A couple of shows ago, you were discussing "code words" that the networks use, and this week, I think you alluded to the idea when you mentioned that a firm had downgraded a stock to Neutral, but raised the price target.

I was wondering what other "codes" ya'll were talking about and what they might mean. I think a lot of your listeners would be interested in hearing more about them. Can you shed some light on these codes for some of us new investors? Thanks!
