    I agree with John. There is nothing like a coal stove with a glass pane in the front door. The beauty is very nice. We have been burning coal for 25 years. It is our primary heat source in the winter. Yaaa it is some work, but the amount of heat lets us run the house warmer than we would if we were burning oil. The dogs love the coal stove as well. Everyone is quite comfortable when the snow is falling in single digit temperatures. And it runs whether we have electricity or not.
