If you were to go to a pay model, I would suggest a hybrid of some sort. Face it, whether you like it or not, I think any podcaster needs itunes to deliver new audience to them. And you will only build an audience with free content.

Having said that, I would suggest you use itunes as a &quot;hook&quot; of sorts, perhaps putting an abbreviated version of your podcast on itunes, so people have a shot at finding you, and then charging for an extended version. I&#039;d pay to listen to you, and expect you&#039;d find a decent audience whatever you decide to do.

My two cents. Keep up the good work!</description>
